Already a Mensa member overseas? You can move your membership to Singapore in a few simple steps.
Who can transfer?
Existing Mensa members from any National Mensa.
If you are currently a member of any Mensa chapter worldwide, you are eligible to request a transfer to Mensa Singapore.
Verification
We verify with your National Mensa or Mensa International.
Share your membership details and we’ll confirm your status directly with the relevant office.
We’ll contact you
Once confirmed, we’ll process your transfer.
After verification, our team will reach out with next steps to complete your Mensa Singapore membership.
Notes:
- Mensa does not allow dual membership, so once you are transferred to Mensa Singapore, you will no longer be a member of your previous national Mensa. If you transfer back to your national Mensa in the future, then you will cease to be a member of Mensa Singapore. However, some National Mensa may allow their members to continue to subscribe to their newsletters even after they have transferred out their membership.
- Mensa Singapore will honour the balance of your subscription of your previous National Mensa membership up to a maximum of one year.
- If you qualified for membership with another National Mensa but your membership has lapsed and are currently living in Singapore, you may join Mensa Singapore upon verification of your qualification and past membership. There is no need to retake the admission test.
- Mensa Singapore reserves the rights to reject a transfer request.
